Our Story

Max’s Dogs & More is more than just a hot dog cart — it’s a heartwarming tribute to our beloved dog, Max. A loyal husky-lab mix with a goofy grin and an even bigger heart, Max brought joy to everyone he met. He wasn’t just our pet — he was family, and he inspired the kind of warmth and happiness we aim to serve with every hot dog.

After Max passed away, we wanted to honor his memory in a way that would bring smiles to others, just like he did. So we launched Max’s Dogs & More — a family-run pop-up in East Texas serving classic comfort food with a big helping of heart.  

We keep it simple: quality dogs, warm buns, and friendly faces. Whether you’re grabbing a Maxican, a Mad Chili, or building your own, we hope you feel the love in every bite. Every hot dog we serve is a celebration of Max’s joyful spirit and the happiness he brought into our lives.
